Replacements
All
our window blinds are rigorously quality checked before dispatch
but in the unlikely event that you experience any problems
or your blind is faulty please e-mail us at email@dream-blinds.co.uk.

will promptly deal with your queries and if necessary arrange
for a replacement to be sent without delay.
Our
Guarantee To You
We
are so confident of the quality of our products that if any
item does not meet your expectations you may return it within
7 days. All we ask is that it arrives in original condition,
including the packaging & that you obtain proof of return
from your carrier.
Please
email us at email@dream-blinds.co.uk before returning any
item, alternatively call us. Your statutory rights are not
affected.
Unfortunately
we cannot refund blinds without the original packaging or
blinds that have been trimmed or adjusted in any way.
